This rural retreat is situated outside the city in a natural setting. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms, offering a relaxing haven. The staff is friendly, and there are a variety of activities, including a pool, jacuzzi, pool table, and a forest trail. Guests can easily book tours of the area, and it's an ideal base for exploring the region's coffee culture.

Some reservations required a deposit made at a local bank, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel during my recent business trip. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt at home. I really enjoyed being surrounded by nature and the beautiful scenery around the hotel. the pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a long day of work. the complementary coffee and water available all day was also a nice touch.

My only complaint was that there wasn't much to do in the evenings at the hotel. the restaurant closed quite early, and there wasn't a bar or many other activities available.

Wonderful place to spend Christmas with family. Beautiful gardens and amazing views of the surrounding area. Plenty of activities for both adults and children such as a great pool and hot tub. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The room could have been more comfortable, with a more comfortable mattress and better sound insulation. the bathroom could have been cleaner and the towels fresher.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The hotel facilities were great- a lovely swimming pool, ping pong, and billiards. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the transportation service was reliable. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was available all day.

Great place for a family stay. We had an early flight and the breakfast was served too late, but the staff kindly arranged a delicious breakfast for us before our departure. The beds were comfortable and the property had beautiful views. The jacuzzi was a great bonus for relaxation.
